Purdue University North Central will host a campus open house on Thursday, April 15 from 5:30 to 7:45 p.m. for prospective students of all ages and their families.
The open house will begin at 5:30 p.m. in the Library-Student-Faculty Building. The event is appropriate for high school students, community college graduates and adults thinking about attending college. This is an ideal opportunity to explore academic programs with faculty and advisors. Guests will have the opportunity to learn more about student support programs, campus activities and athletics in a casual, fun atmosphere. Families are welcome to attend. The event is free and light refreshments will be served.
Breakout sessions will include: "Taking the Fear out of Paying for College," "Undecided . . . No Problem,"
"You're Admitted . . . . What's Next?" There will be session about the college admission process and a personalized session for adult students.
Participants may visit the University Park apartment model, located across U.S. 421 from the PNC campus before the open house and after. University Park apartments are owned and operated by South Coast LLC.
