On Saturday the IU Northwest men's and women's teams traveled to Denver, Colorado to compete in the A.I.I. Championship meet. Both men's and women's team finished the season on a strong note.
On the men's side, senior Timothy Huber's gutsy performance guaranteed him a spot in the NAIA Championship Field in two weeks. Huber finished 9th overall with an 8k time of 29:01 to lead the RedHawks to an impressive fourth place team finished at the AII Championship. The top four individual qualifiers not on the championship team qualifies to the national meet- Huber was the second.
