House cleaning and deck clean/stain was reasonable so went with them for the work. What an amazing difference the house cleaning was. All the mold growing (present prior to us buying house) on our 21/2 story tall house was gone with first wash and has not returned since (4 years now). The deck stain was a perfect match to the color we chose from the samples. The second time using the Timberseal team was just for restaining of the decks, 2 years after the first time they stained. this time they had a change in color availability and again the color turned out perfect. Going on 2 years now since last stain and still holding up great, probably won’t stain again until next year. They gave a slight discount for repeat customer. We have a ton of landscaping and flowers which they were careful with and suffered no damage. Never had issues with estimates or scheduling availability.

They did a fabulous job of stripping off the old stain. I couldn’t believe it could look so good. When the deck and pergola was stained, there was a concern about differences in color because of the different ages of the wood. They did a great job of getting the deck to look cohesive, however.
